I collaborated with TFD Design, a Jakarta-based design and photography studio, on the packaging project for Moone Bakery's mooncake hampers. Moone Bakery, known for its handcrafted Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes, wanted a design that highlighted the festive spirit and elegance of its products.

The result was the Moone Diorama packaging project—an innovative unboxing experience crafted for a high-end mooncake product in Jakarta. Drawing inspiration from the legendary tale of Chang’e, the packaging featured a lantern diorama as its centerpiece, turning the act of enjoying mooncakes into an elevated, immersive experience.

We worked together on various aspects of the project, from conceptualizing and designing the box mechanism to ensuring the feasibility of its production. We carefully planned the intricate design details, tackled the technical challenges of the illuminated, rotating diorama, and managed the printing and assembly process. This collaborative effort blended storytelling, engineering, and artistry to create a distinctive and memorable design for Moone Bakery’s clientele.
